WOW!!  I am so glad I called Roof Defender.  We had a storm come through and take out our gutter and they sent Justin out the very next day.  His customer service was the best I have experienced along with his promptness and communication.  He looked everything over, communicated every detail and walked us through the entire process.  We decided to let them install new gutters on the entire house with the leaf guard and they completed it in one day all while Justin continued to call/text to make sure everything was going as expected and to make sure we were happy with the process.  His customer service was top notch and you just can not find that very often, even with the local businesses.  Everyone was so nice and extremely thorough. The price was great.  I actually thought it was going to be so much more.  Justin came back out after the gutters were installed to make sure we were happy and to let us know if we ever needed anything in the future to just give them a call.  First impressions last a lifetime and they now have new lifetime customers.  Thank you, Roof Defender and thank you, Justin.  I really do hope you get a raise because it would be very well deserved. Roof Defender replaced a roofing tile that was loose for free after driving by and seeing it.  A rep stopped by and asked if we would like for them to take care of it and we said yes.  The next day the owner came by.  He was very personable and had one of his employees replace the tile.  I will definitely call him to have my entire roof redone when it is time. Roof leak! Mr. John sent someone same day to inspect roof. Unlike the other contractor, roof defender climbed in the attic and on the roof to inspect and advise, not only did they apply silicone where they thought the leaks might be, roof defenders sent quotes that would suit me and waited until the next down pour (4 days later) to ask if the roof leaked. There was rough wind gusts in north GA on new years eve 2024.  The gusts damaged the metal covers on the edge that boarders my roof. I called 12 roofing companies for help and understandably no one could come out due to the holiday. However John from Roof Defender called me back where l had left a message. Not only did he come out the same day to assess the damage he returned the day after news years to make the repair. John was very polite and understanding, a down to earth family man. He ended up just charging me for material. I insisted to pay him as l didn't want him to have issues with management. Turns out John is the owner.  I can say this type of customer service is almost non existent these days. Thank you John from me and my family. Everyone I worked with at Roof Defender was extremely responsive and communicative. They wanted to make sure I understood all my options and pros and cons with regards to either repairing or replacing the roof. I ended up doing a full replacement, but I did not feel sales pressure at all to do so; they left the decision entirely up to me. They were very conscientious and detail-oriented and took great care to keep the outside of my home as tidy as possible. I think it looked better on the back patio when they left versus when they came! Buying your first home is an emotional rollercoaster to say the least. After months of working with realtors, lawyers, insurance agents, utility companies, and overcoming the daunting task of moving all of your possessions, you finally get to settle in and start making your new house a home. Excitement takes hold as you think about paint colors, furniture, and landscaping; all of the things that make your home unique to you and your family. The last thing that you expect is for disaster to strike. We were only in our new home for three months before a tree had snapped off during a storm and landed on our master bedroom. The devastation extended to more than half of our roof, breaking support structures in our attic, destroying drywall in our master bedroom ceiling, and damaging a window on that corner of the house. I will never forget the desperation I felt as I helplessly watched rainwater cascade over tree limbs and debris, ruining my bedroom furniture, and flooding my basement through my bedroom floor. It was a nightmare. However, with the help of Roof Defender, I can now laugh about it by referring to the story as “The Attack of Groot.” We were able to have the tree removed the following day and John, and his team at Roof Defender, were there to immediately secure the roof from any further rainfall. We walked through our home and he talked us through every aspect of the damage, what it would take to fix it, and what our options were. He even offered to organize subcontractors to fix the drywall, repaint the exterior of the home, and fix the broken window. He took time to go over our insurance policy and answer any questions we had about payouts, timeline, and to clarify insurance jargon like “actual cash value” and “recoverable depreciation.” This was a gesture that I greatly appreciated, as we spent several weeks going in circles with our insurance company to start repairs on our home. When the field adjuster finally showed up, John was there to talk through all of the damage. When the subcontractors completed their repairs, John was there to insure that the work was of the highest quality. When the Roof Defender team came out to install our new roof, they discovered that the previous homeowner had covered up and sealed off ventilation and exhaust systems. The Roof Defenders would not accept anything less than the best and they made it right. John, and his team, were there to support us every step of the way. From the initial phone call to the final handshake, we knew that our family and our home were in good hands. Thank you John and the Roof Defender team for helping us navigate such a traumatic chapter in our lives. A large branch came down on my poer line, roof defender was recommended to me, I spoke with John and came Right out. The neutral post that was anchored to the house was pulled off along with the siding. So, John quoted me a very reasonable price from what I was expecting. When the electric company finally came out at 8pm, the power was shut down at 8 in the morning.  The could not find where to anchor the line that connected to the pole, so they said, I would have to get my gut out in the morning and try again.  I asked for a chance to call him and see if he would come out.  Called left a message and he got back to me in minutes. Then John came out at 9pm and should where the 2×4 was were they could anchor. A leak developed in our roof around a plumbing vent and above an upstairs bathroom. After I called John Young at Roof Defenders LLC, he came, in the rain, to do a quick fix to stop the water from damaging our ceiling. He did the fix for free before I asked for a quote. John did a great job and was extremely efficient. I had a super quick response after submitting an online request. He was at my house the same day to look at the problem, suggest a solution, and get the process going. My issue was a simple roof repair. I had reached out to several other roofing companies who didn’t want to take the job on because it was too small. This was not the case with Roof Defenders. Upon installation day, there were some design flaws with my roof, but John did everything he could to mediate the issue and solve my problem. Recently had a tree fall on my barn. John was out there for an estimate within a couple hours and had the job done within a couple days. Had to fix a few trusses and replace roofing metal. Very reasonably priced and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
